During migrating from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010, the mail flow may not function as it should. Also, public folder replication between the Exchange 2003 & Exchange may not function. To resolve this issue, please use the following steps: 1. Remove exits Routing Group Connector: “Get-RoutingGroupConnector | Remove-RoutingGroupConnector”.
