While monitoring Windows Cluster by using SCOM 2007/SCOM 2007 R2/SCOM 2012 the following error may appear: “Cluster Agent: The cluster resource %4 has become degraded. ”. To resolve this error message, please use one of the following solutions: 1. Contact HP and/or upgrade to the latest version of HP ProLiant Servers SNMP Management Pack. 2. On each cluster node, navigate to “Control Panel” –> “HP Management Agents” –> Add to “Inactive Agents” list –> “Clustering Information” agent & press on “Ok” button.

After launching WinPE boot image and starting the image capturing wizard, the volume to capture drop menu may appear blank. To resolve this issue, please use one of the following solutions: 1. Add to the capture WinPE boot image the Mass Storage Device driver/s (e.g. Raid adapter driver, SATA adapter driver etc.). 2. Verify that Sysprep was set to use “Sysprep /generalize” mode. * The Microsoft Windows Deployment Services (WDS) don’t support capturing of images that wasn’t set to use generalize option.
