היי לצופים! כאן תמיר לוי מ-Agile IT ניהול הארגון באמצעות Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager מוסיף אתגרים חדשים סביב תחנות הקצה. ברוב הפעמים נקבל בברכה את SCCM Client על כלל התחנות לצורכי מעקב, בקרה,מצאי, הפצת יישומים ועדכונים ועוד. אך ישנם מקרים בהם על שרתים מסוימים בשום פנים באופן לא נרצה לבצע שום התקנה, או תחנות בדיקה שצריכות להיות נקיות מכל מה שרץ ברקע. קחו לדוגמא אפילו תחנת App-V Sequencer שמבחינת הדרישות אסור שיהיה עליה Client שעלול לבצע פעולות בזמן הקלטה. אין לנו כוונה להוסיף לעצמנו...

הפעם פוסט קצר על משהו שנתקלתי בו לפני מספר ימים. מכיוון שעובדים אצלנו ברשת סגורה, ה-WSUS  פונה לשרת Proxy בשביל להוריד עדכונים. פנו אלי עם תקלה שלא מבינים את מקורה - הגדרות ה-Proxy היו נעלמות כל יום בשרת ה-WSUS. מסמנים את ה-V, עושים סינכרון ידני, הכל עובד תקין, למחרת באים ואין הגדרות Proxy... למה זה קורה? כמובן שהחשוד הראשוני היה ה-SCCM. אנחנו עובדים עם SCCM בשביל להפיץ עדכונים לשרתים ולכן שרת ה-WSUS הוא גם ה- SUP (Software Update Point) של SCCM. לפיכך, ה-SCCM  מנהל את ההגדרות ובמידה ולא...
