With wide-ranging experience in software development, architecture and management, Mr. Chulsky has been successful in establishing and running more than one R&D department. He has brought software products full circle, leading R&D teams from innovation to design and beta versions and all the way through to production. Mr. Chulsky is one of KCS co-founders and is responsible for KCS's technological strategy, vision and implementation. Mr. Chulsky's previous experience includes working for the companies, uGoCo Ltd. served as VP & CTO and Gilat Communication as software engineer.
