Raya Volinsky is a business development manager and ISV group lead at Microsoft. Ms. Volinsky has more than 25 years of executive-level business development and marketing experience coupled with expertise in sales, consulting and education. Prior to joining Microsoft, she served as business development executive for IBM in Israel and across Europe. Her current mission is to develop strong relationships with independent software vendors covering their technologies and business aspects.
