Moshe Kaplan was a R&D Director at Essence Group and managed a software product development that involves mobile, web, server and cloud. Moshe founded and led RockeTier, the leading performance consulting firm in Israel. He was a board member in IGT (grid.org.il) and Head of Department in a top IDF IT unit. Moshe holds Phys and Computer Sciences B.Sc as well as Engineering M.Sc, all from Tel Aviv University.
