PXE error 0xc0000098 post upgrading SCCM

Hey folks, Unfortunately recently many IT guys experiencing screwed boot image issues after upgrading their System Center to a newest SCCM versions such as 1706, 1709, 1710. Hey visitors, I would like to share with you some troubleshooting steps I had over the week with terminal servers on Windows Server 2016. I had a task to install a terminal server at my new customers, I have installed two new RDSH without any problem while trying to create a session collection I got the following unexpected error: "Unable to configure the RD Sessionhost server.
