Microsoft announced that they have bought TeamPrise in the last quarter of 2009, you can read about it in one of the posts I have published: http://blogs.microsoft.co.il/blogs/eranruso/archive/2009/12/03/microsoft-has-purchased-teamprise-division-of-sourcegear.aspx The good news are that now we have a new Microsoft tool that is based on the good old TeamPrise, it is called “Team Explorer Everywhere”, it contains the Eclips plug-in and cross-platform command-line client for Visual Studio 2010 Team Foundation Server.
