החלטת בית הדין הארצי לעבודה בסוגיית חדירת מעביד לתיבת דואר של עובד

בפברואר 2011, קבע בית הדין הארצי לעבודה עקרונות מנחים המגבילים את יכולתו של מעביד לגשת לתיבת הדואר של העובד בעבודה. בנוסף, פס"ד המנחה קבע מספר עקרונות נוספים בנושא כללי האסור והמותר בעת שימוש בטכנולוגיות מידע. פס"ד נגיש לעיון בלינק הבא.
