The Israeli Developers Community is going to meet in order to share and learn from each other.
I have submitted two sessions:
Refactoring & Design - The session will demonstrate how to identify "bad smells" inside the
code and how to tackle and refactor those smells using Refactoring
steps and Design Patterns. For more information you are welcome to listen to a short podcast I did on that subject.
Crawling & Parsing the Web - The session will outline: Parsers Methodologies: DOM, Streams, Regexes;
Open source solutions; Crawling Policies: selection, revisit,
politeness; Web-traps and Distributed Architecture. The session will be held together with the representatives of my amazing R&D team.
