Are you a Live Search user, living in Israel? No!? So I think that I have the reason for Microsoft:
Internet Bezeq International, the biggest Internet provider in Israel decided that blocking Live Search would be a great service, provided for free to most of their clients. Any live search query will be directed to netex by default.
How do I known that? I tried to open www.live.com from Israel, then when I clicked on More… it directed me to netex error screen instead of Live Search.

In another extreme case I searched for the word “cow” from the Internet Explorer Live search provider, and for my biggest surprise I’ve directed to a “PORN SITE with lots of cow girls!!!”. “Mommy…, Daddy… Why does moo looks so human?”.
So I sent an email (second one, since I didn’t get an answer to the first one, last 2 months), and really I got a quick service, the support called to me saying this “The problem is that some of our DNS’s direct Live searches to netex engine… But you can reconnect again, we’ve canceled the free service especially for you. But, you know it’s OK for the rest since who searches with Live Search? everybody search with Google!” – [Internet Bezeq International, the biggest Internet Provide in Israel].
Microsoft Israel, I’m recommending you using the great Internet Bezeq International free netex service. And, don’t forget to show the special cow autonomy education lesson to your kids, they’ll love it!
