How to Increase Code Quality?

I want to increase the code quality of myself and my team. I have some ideas but I’d like this to start as an open discussion and I’ll update this post as it goes on.

So, please comment to the post with your answers to – what do you suggest me to do in order to improve my and my team code quality?

Bye Bye Windows? Welcome Google Chrome OS!

Google has just announced Google Chrome Operating System!!!

It’s going to be available on the second half of 2010, based on the LINUX kernel. They’re going to make it open-source soon as well!

The user interface is minimal to stay out of your way, and most of the user experience takes place on the web. And as we did for the Google Chrome browser, we are going back to the basics and completely redesigning the underlying security architecture of the OS so that users don't have to deal with viruses, malware and security updates. It should just work.”
