Can say few words about those tools? I dont know them..

The SysInternal tools are set of hardcore tools that enable you for example:

RegMon - Monitor Registry Access

FileMon - Monitor FIle System Access

ProcExp - Process Explorer, much much more then the simple task manager, enable you to see what exactly runnin gon your system.

TCPView - Watch your tcp connections... where they are going.
