WDC ASP.NET Internals on 03/08
On 20/07 there was suppose to be another meeting of WDC (the Web Developers Community), but just a short time (and I really mean
SHORT !) there was some kind of an accident just near the lecture hall (Dkalim in Microsoft Raanana) and it was dangerous to have the lecture in place.
Because it happened only a couple of hours before the lecture, we tried to notify everyone we can about the cancellation, but I know that some of you didn't got the message and found themselves making all the way to Microsoft just to hear that it's not happening after all.
I got some emails complaining about the short notice and about not getting an email and only a phone call... well... I guess that you're right and we'll do it next time if we'll have to, but we really did what we can in such a short time. (notify around 200 ppl in 2 hrs, and trying to find a substitute hall, is not an easy task).
Anyway, I hope that you understand this unusual situation and that it's something that really rarely happen at all, but it did, and the best thing I can think of is looking forward and... reschedule.
So... The ASP.NET Internals session is shifted to 03/08/2008, and I hope to see you all there (Everything will be fixed and Tested in the lecture hall).
