SharePoint training now available - built on the SLK
'Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 Training.' This training is built on the Microsoft SharePoint Learning Kit, which means that you can deploy it on your SharePoint Server (or ask your IT manager to do this) and you'll have a SharePoint training 'built-in.'
The first part of this training is Collaboration. Two more modules that will cover business processes, business intelligence, portals and personalization, enterprise content management, and search. The content was written by the Office Online User Assistance team, so is excellent.
There's a reporting function built-in that shows the administrator which training topics have been completed, and by whom. This can help you determine which types of training are most used. If users are returning again and again to the same training, this might be a clue that you need more extensive training in that area.
