Here is an interesting issue. If you had tried working with Team System Work Items (using the work item tracking engine) you probably noticed that all the work items you create are assigned to a single person. Did it make you wonder why? It seemed reasonable that it will allow you to assign the work item to a group of people. The thing is that you can actually achieve that but not out of the box.
