If you’ve been following the latest events from MWC @ Barcelona, You probably know that Microsoft is up to something big with Windows Phone Series 7. Watching the demos, and reading through the materials, I noticed the “Office” hub, that has a “SharePoint” tab on it. (click to enlarge) We don’t know for sure what’s it going to look like, but apparently there’s going to be some kind of integration between the two. Microsoft VP Joe Belfiore, during his keynote demonstration: "SharePoint is a terrific...

Yesterday, Apple has announced a new web based service called iWork.com aimed for online collaboration. If you wann'a skip directly to the bottom line, I personally don't think it will be a great success, and wouldn't be using it myself. iWork is a software suite for mac that has been around for a few years. It includes a word processing software called Pages, a spreadsheet software called Numbers, and a presentation software called Keynote. Today Apple has announced iWork 09 and with...
I have started using Google Apps heavily for personal purposes. When I tried getting to my Apps management site using Chrome, I got this message: Funny huh..? Don't worry, If you ignore that message everything works fine..
Just came back from Tech Ed Eilat, where I attended a session about Silverlight 2.0 by Laurence Moroney, Sr. Tech Evangelist at Microsoft. Overall it was a nice lecture, at the end there was some Q&A time so I hit Laurence with the big question: What about Silverlight support for iPhone??? What Laurence told me, is that there are some technological issues, mainly because iPhone currently runs on AMR processor. This will also require tight cooperation with Apple's development team. But tech...
I like were this is going.. This gadget for Windows Vista Sidebar will display text messages from your mobile right on you desktop. It's called Nokia Text Messenger and you can get it here: http://www.nokia.com/betalabs/textmessenger I Personally don't own a Nokia phone, but I like the fact that Nokia is doing something to make phones and computers work together.
The new Live writer (or Live suite) download site is really weird. Most of the links out there will lead you to http://writer.live.com . I have tried 3 different computers, each gave me a different page: This one taken on my laptop running Vista\IE7. No download links whatsoever!: On the side menu you have a list of the Live suite products. Live Writer is not listed here. If you click some other product, say Live Mail, you get an even weirder page - I can see the buttons here but they are hidden...
