Originally Guy Z created this blog for me by a reference from Yosi T back in 2007, but I never used it since then...
The irony is that now, one of my "duties" (I find new one every day ;-) is to manage this bloggers community.

I'm pretty new here at Microsoft (before that I worked 5 years at RADVISION, and before that in a few more small hi-tech companies).
So what I found out till now, is that besides all the "Waves", "Tiers" and "Procedures" that we have here, we have something that called "Business Justifications".

Well now, I really have a "Business Justification" to update this blog, so stay tuned and wait for interesting posts here ;-)
