MCPD Certification

MCPD Certification

Today, after 10 months, one baby and 5 certification tests I finished
my MCPD enterprise certification.
As I wrote in the past, I preferred to study to these tests (and not use braindumps)
and I think this was the right way to go.
If you don't know, SRL (the company I work for) encourage the employees to learn in order to
develop yourself and improve your abilities.
One result of the thing I wrote is the astonishing number of lecturers in the
coming Teched (12 lecturers).
10 months ago, I joined a group of 5 developers in an experiment in the
company to build a study mechanism that will help developers to learn better.
Our tutor was the famous Leon Langleyben and we study for our first certification
test - the .Net framework certification.
During the learning my baby, Oron, was born and I found myself learning and
changing diapers...
this situation only encouraged me to go on and finish my certification.
After the first group and the first certification, I tutored an ASP.NET group and went to
the ASP.NET certification with them.
Few members of the first group tutored other groups (framework, win, web) and today
we have a study mechanism with qualified tutors.
Currently there are 2 groups of 10 developers that learn for their certification and I wish them
good luck.
My certification journey is over but it's only the beginning of another journey...
