כולם מוזמנים לכנס בו אני מרצה A New Level of Agile Development with VS2012 בתאריך 18 למרץ 2013

בכנס יהיו 3 הרצאות וסיפור לקוח. הרצאה ראשונה תהיה של ד”ר רונן בר נאור מחברת AgileSparks המוערכת מאוד בעולם ה – Agile בארץ. ההרצאה השנייה תהיה שלי בה אני הראה איך ניתן ליישם SCRUM ו – Kanban בעזרת ה – Visual Studio 2012 ALM, כזכור ב – Visual Studio 2012 ALM בוצעה קפיצה אדירה בכול מה שקשור ליישום Agile בעזרת ה – Web Access החדש. בעבר נאלצנו למצוא כול מני פתרונות כמו ה – Conchango Template שייצר הרבה כאב ראש וכמובן ה – Microsoft SCRUM Template שלא היה מוצלח, היום ניתן למצוא פתרון מלא עבור ה – Agile...

מה דומה בין שיפוץ דירה לניהול פרויקט תוכנה?

בשבוע האחרון לא עדכנתי בבלוג מפני שהייתי עסוק בשיפוץ דירה. ביום שני קבלנו בשעה טובה את הדירה החדשה שרכשנו (או יותר נכון לומר הבנק רכש עבורנו). הדירה במצב די טוב היא בסה”כ בת 7 שנים ולכן החלטתי לשפץ אותה לבד. זיהוי פרויקטים בשלב הראשון חשוב לזהות מהם הפרויקטים אותם צריך לבצע , כאן מדובר בשני פרויקטים עיקריים: אריזת הדירה הישנה – מנהלת הפרויקט היא מאיה אשתי , למעשה כאן ההתערבות שלי בסדר הדברים הייתה מינימלית כך שאני לא יודע לפרט את הגאנט של הפרויקט. בפרויקט זה הייתי אחראי על הספקת הארגזים. כמו כן בפרויקט...

לאחר כמעט שנה בה לא כתבתי בבלוג אני חוזר שוב לכתוב. בשנה האחרונה ניהלתי את הפיתוח של “המרכז לטכנולוגיה חינוכית” (מט”ח),אני אכתוב על הרפתקאותיי במט”ח בפוסטים עתידיים ויש הרבה על מה לכתוב. במט”ח השתמשתי רבות ב – TFS ובמתודולוגית ה – SCRUM. היום אני מנהל חטיבת ה – ALM & Deployment בחברת Top-Q, אני מתכוון לשוב ולעדכן בכול מה שחדש בעולם ה – Visual Studio וה – TFS. נתראה בפוסטים הבאים…

נגמר ה–Expert Days אז מה היה לנו?

שבוע שעבר היה את ה – Expert Days של חברת E4D, אני העברתי שני סדנאות בשבוע זה: 1. Build and Deployment automation with Visual studio 2010 ב – 11.07.2011 2. New MTM and Test Automation Course For Testers In Ness College Start In May

On Monday October 11 I had a grate session in the ALM User Group in Israel. In my session we have seen a Test Case Lifecycle: Create a Test Case –> Run Manual Test Case –> Run Semi-Automated Test Case (Automatic run with no validations) –> Run as a GUI Test (Coded UI Test) with full validation.
