The good folks at Redmond offer a add-in named “Calendar Printing Assistant for

Outlook 2007” available for download from this URL.

This add-in enables you to design your own template for printing a customized calendar,

display appointments, tasks & to do items from your outlook profile.

You can choose use either the new added calendar templates or create your own.
