Live from TechReady6: Day 2 Recap
Day 2 started with a talk about the future of the .Net Framework by James Conard. This was a great session, and I can now understand what Scott Guthrie meant when he said that 2008 will be a very interesting year for the .Net Framework and the .Net Developer.
Later, I went to see Angus Logan about the Live Platform. I had never have the chance to play with the Live Dev tools yet, but after seein
g what I will soon be able to do with it, I thought I should free some time...
ADO.Net Sync Services and the Sync Framework session by Liam Cavanagh was very interesting. I have always wanted to play with this technology since is has so much potential! I went out so excited about what's there and what will we will see in the future in this area. All I want to do now is to start playing and blogging about it! So stay tuned!
Finally, I met Glenn Block, the technical product planner for the client program in p&p. First, in a session about the Composite WPF client (codename "Prism"), and than on a 1:1 talk. Glenn will also be delivering a session about the Composite WPF in TechEd this year!
