Hi, You can use template behavior by creating specific reports you'd like to have your team use as starters and placing them at C:\ProgramFiles\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\ReportDesigner\~ProjectItems\~Report-Project directory . Those report "templates" will then show up in Report Designer's. Add New Item dialog along with the Report Wizard, Report, and Data Source templates when you go to add a new report to a project.
