Managing the development of your application can be a true nightmare. With this blog, I hope to shine a light on scary areas of the development process, from inception, to design, to development to deployment, and find better, more predictable, safer and easier ways to get a product into the hands of a happy customer. The information I bring come from 15 years of experience developing software professionally, 10 years as a development lead, 5 years as an agile practitioner, and the accumulated experiences (both good and bad) of colleagues and customers.
