All hello. I want to ask council of purchase of medications on-line.

While <a href="www.alachisoft.com/.../caching-application-block_index.html">caching application block</a> from Microsoft is a great tool for enhancing performance of small apps,but since it is standalone and inprocess, integrity issues and scalability suffers for larger application, especially running in a distributed web farm. MS has to come up with something that works under these conditions. They have come up with a distributed caching solution, but initial reports of its usage are not too favorable.
