SOA Express
The title might labeled as a bit of a double meaning, but lately the "Express" word means Free of Charge , "RIP version", of a commercial Product which is used on a large scale and in wide use. A few examples are the SqlServer 2005 Express, Visual Studio 2005 Express, Visual Studio 2008 Express and even Oracle Database 10g Express Edition.
Well It seems that AmberPoint has joined the community of the "Express", in order to push it's product in the growing market - AmberPoint Express :: Free Developer's Tool
AmberPoint Express is a cost-effective means for Web service developers to incrementally measure, debug and fine-tune the performance and functionality of their Web services. Versions of AmberPoint Express are available for both Java and the Microsoft .NET Framework.
If you're a SOA developer , whether a .NET, BizTalk or J2EE developer, the AmberPoint product might be already known to you. Some of use maybe familiar with the product from reference in the Microsoft ESB Guidance CTP3. In the end, Amberpoint is the product which helps us (even in BizTalk ) in dealing with the "Run-time Repository" aspect.
AmberPoint Express is seamlessly integrated with the developer's experience. It automatically configures the management system for each Web service completed by the developer. And it requires no coding changes to the Web services themselves.
