I have recently been added to a team in the Municipality which is in charge of International relation with IT departments in other countries. The main goal is to hear what they did and talk about what we did, so we might exchange ideas and get some insight. The first Municipality I got to talk to was that of Firenze, and they mentioned mostly open source tools they were using. One of the main tools was Tableau Public. PASS are offering 24 Hours of PASS with 24 consecutive technical webcasts - all free and require only registration. The date for you to mark is March 21st  2012, depending on your time zone.
