Windows Battery plugged in, not charging

Just noticed on my Yoga that even though the power is plugged in it is not fully charged. When I moved the mouse over the tray icon I see the info “plugged in, not charging”.

Tried to uninstall “Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery” and restart. Did not help.

The solution was:
1. right-click the battery icon and go to “Power Options”
2. Click “Change advanced power settings”
3. Click the [+] to open “Battery”
4. Click the [+] to open “Low battery level”
5. Select “On battery” (should say 10%, write it down for later)
6. Change the value to 99%
7. Unplug the power
8. Plug in the power
9. Restore 99% back to the previous value (10%)

All done.
