Yesterday I’ve delivered my lecture titled “3-Screens Development using WPF, SL and WP7” in the SDP 2011 conference.
In this lecture I’ve presented the application FlashCards.Show which has 3 clients in WPF, Silverlight and Windows Phone 7.

Specifically I showed how to:

Implement ClipToBounds property
Implement a DataTemplateSelector replacement

Following is another post by Yochay Kiriaty on a project I’ve done for Microsoft involving WPF, Silverlight, Windows Phone 7 and Windows Azure. If you’re interested in more details, make sure you come to my presentation at the coming SDP 2011 conference (in two days!). I recently blogged about Flashcards.Show Version 2 for WPF, Silverlight, and Windows Phone, which features the Flashcards.Show application. Following is a great post by Yochay Kiriaty on a project I’ve done involving WPF, Silverlight, Windows Phone 7 and Windows Azure. If you’re interested in more details, make sure you come to my presentation at the coming SDP 2011 conference. The Flashcards.show application has been around for few months now. PDC 2010 is over for almost a week now, so I’ve decided it’s a good time to summarize the experience.
Only a thousand of us, developers, gathered in the rather small chamber to hear Steve Ballmer and Bob Muglia keynotes.
So what have we heard?
We heard about the latest version of Microsoft browser, Internet Explorer 9, which will offer great support for HTML 5 and an improved user experience for sites running on windows (see IE9 pinned sites on Windows 7 taskbar for more details).
We heard about the new mobile operating system Windows Phone 7, which is scheduled to be...
