Recently in one of my applications I used DatePicker control from Silverlight for Windows Phone 7 Toolkit. Silverlight 4 Open House and Microsoft Israel and Sela HQ

As just announced by ScottGu during Firestarter keynotes, Silverlight 5 is in development and we should expect the Beta in H1 2011.
